Wolves’ Den Training Center (“Wolves’ Den”, “we”, “us”) is a martial arts academy in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, offering MMA, kickboxing / Muay Thai, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults and youth. This policy explains what information we collect when you ask about training or a free trial class, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a free trial class or contact us, we collect the information you provide:
- Contact details: name, phone number, and email address.
- Program interest: whether you are asking about adult or youth programs (and, for youth, the child’s age so we can place them in the right class).
- Scheduling details: which location works best for you and what day you would like to come in.
We collect this through our website forms (wolvesdenstl.com), Meta Instant Forms on our Facebook Page and Instagram ads, email replies, and messages you send us directly.
We do not collect payment information through lead forms. Membership billing, if you join, is handled separately.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your free trial class request and schedule your first visit.
- To follow up if you asked about a program but have not booked yet.
- To send occasional updates about classes, schedules, and events at the gym.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How your information is shared
- Meta’s lead tools: leads submitted through Instant Forms on Facebook or Instagram are stored in Meta’s lead management tools, which we use to follow up with you.
- Service providers: we may use email and scheduling tools to contact you and manage trial bookings.
- Legal: we will share information if required by law or to protect the safety of our students and staff.
Children’s privacy
We offer youth programs starting at age 4. Information about a child is provided by a parent or legal guardian, and we use it only to enroll and communicate about the child’s training. If you believe a child has provided information without a parent’s involvement, contact us and we will remove it.
Your choices
- Opt out: reply “STOP” to a text or click unsubscribe in an email, or just tell us — we will stop marketing messages.
- Access or deletion: you can ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the details below. We will respond to reasonable requests.
Data retention
We keep lead and contact information only as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and run the gym, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
